Innovation: eNZyme intellect grew out of Forté Management and specialises in helping businesses and sectors turn innovation into profit. The service helps firms identify their intellectual assets, analyse their importance to the firm and their development potential, protect them and where appropriate link into a commercialisation pathway. The most recent assignment has been a major piece of work for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise looking at how Kiwi firms can create and capture more value from their innovation efforts than at present.
